  • No Expirations

    • No Expiration Dates – Cards, points, and rewards never expire.

  • Free Cleaning Details

    • Points are not awarded when redeeming a FREE cleaning.
    • For recurring clients: The free cleaning will equal the regular service.
    • For non-recurring clients: The free cleaning is limited to a 3-hour cleaning.

  • Limitations on Cards, Points, and Rewards

    Cards, points, and rewards cannot be:

    • Exchanged
    • Transferred
    • Returned
    • Replaced
    • Purchased for cash
    • Combined with other reward cards

  • Right to Refuse Service

    Cleanology reserves the right to refuse to provide services.
