Also, when clients need to cancel at the last minute, our staff will always try to arrange replacement opportunities for you that same day, so your schedules won't be left empty. 

As an independent service provider, you supply: 

• all cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment 

• a reliable vehicle 

• a smartphone with access to mobile data. 

Bonus: Since you will be registered as a 1099 independent service provider, you may be able to write off business-related costs and expenses at the end of the year. Please consult your personal financial advisor for guidance.

No, Cleanology is not your employer but rather a domestic referral agency platform that connects registered independent service providers with customers in need of housekeeping services, which means you’ll be your own boss! 

Yes. One of the many advantages of being an independent service provider registered with Cleanology is that you can combine various income producing sources to maximize your earning potential. Register with other agencies or keep your own private clients. If they cancel on you, we can offer one-time appointments to make up the time. 

As an independent housekeeper, if there are complaints or damage to a client’s personal property you will be completely responsible for resolving these issues to the client's satisfaction. Although it is not a registration requirement, we recommend housekeepers get personally licensed, bonded and/or insured for their own protection. 

Payment for completed job referrals are processed weekly on Fridays. You can choose to get paid by paper check or direct deposit.

Cleanology offers residential housekeeping referral services throughout all of San Diego County, from San Ysidro to Oceanside. It is up to you to choose the areas of the county where you prefer to provide housekeeping services.

No, as a professional independent service provider you will be responsible for the satisfactory completion of each housekeeping referral. You determine which cleaning supplies to use, which parts of the house to clean first, and how to make sure every client is satisfied! You will be required to have the qualifications, abilities, and experience needed to perform all residential housekeeping services referred to you without advice, control, or supervision from Cleanology. 

No. Because Cleanology would not be your employer, we will not withhold income and/or pay Federal and State employment taxes, disability insurance or social security taxes. 

As an independent housekeeping service providor, it will be your responsibility for payment of all business related expenses, taxes, or fees.
