We're thrilled to tell you that some housekeepers are willing to make exceptions and consider referrals for weekends, evenings, and holidays - for an added cost.

Yes, you do have choices. While the housekeepers do provide all cleaning equipment and supplies, they would be pleased to accommodate your request for them to use your personal products. They can also use either earth-friendly “green” products or conventional cleaning products. The cost will be the same in either instance.
Please inform us in advance so we can arrange for them to accommodate your request.
We understand that holidays are special occasions to share and celebrate with friends and family. If your scheduled cleaning falls on one of these days, we will do our best to accommodate your needs by scheduling a different time for your service.
Our friendly personnel will contact you ahead of time, either by email or phone call, to remind you about your appointment and revise it according to the celebration day. Rest assured that we take the utmost care in tending to all our clients and their schedules.

We're here to help ensure your home is getting the quality cleaning it deserves, based on when it fits in best with your lifestyle. If something comes up and you need to adjust the date or time of the scheduled cleaning, don't worry – we will do what we can to try to accommodate your request. Just let us know at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
We accept several types of payment methods to best suit your needs. These include most major credit cards, PayPal, or Venmo. ACH transactions are also accepted, on a case-by-case basis.
Regarding credit card processing, we take the security of your personal and financial information very, very seriously. Our payment technology is provided by Square, which has three levels of security in place. Their SSL encrypted, PCL compliant system is completely secure and trusted by companies worldwide. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).
Note that payment is due at the completion of each service.
No, Cleanology® Housekeeping Personnel Service is not the employer of the domestic worker it referred to you.
The domestic worker may be an employee or an independent contractor depending on the relationship between the client and the independent housekeeper. Generally, if the client directs and controls the manner and means by which the housekeeper performs his or her work, the client may have employer responsibilities including employment taxes and workers’ compensation, under state and federal law.
NOTE: This is referring to situations where the clients contract with the housekeepers for personal services other than the housekeeping services arranged through Cleanology i.e., house painting; home maintenance; party server; etc.

The independent professional housekeepers referred by Cleanology are extensively vetted by our recruitment staff. They are under a referral agreement contract which specifies that their services are available to the client only through Cleanology and that all clients provided to them belong to the company. If a cleaner solicits a client despite this agreement, they will be liable to pay a breach-of-contract fee, so please do not accept solicitations from them or encourage them to solicit you.
If a client would like to directly hire an independent housekeeper referred by Cleanology, the client agrees to pay CLEANOLOGY HOUSEKEEPING PERSONNEL SERVICE a $3,000 placement fee, for each housekeeper hired.

Absolutely! Cleanology excels at arranging discounted Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly recurring cleaning services based on cleaning frequencies. Once your recurring services are scheduled, we will coordinate everything to match you with the best housekeeping professionals available based on your requested date, time, priorities, and location. If you prefer a specific housekeeper to do your cleaning, please let us know so we can schedule them for your bookings.
If you ever have concerns regarding your services, we will work to resolve the issues to your satisfaction. For instance, if your regular housekeeper is unable to make a scheduled appointment, we can refer substitute housekeepers to fill in.
If you feel the quality of your regular housekeeper’s work is unsatisfactory, we will find a suitable replacement to ensure all your future cleaning requirements will be fulfilled.

When it comes to finding the most value from your housekeeping service, having a plan is key.
It's important to take time before each visit to provide a priority list that will help ensure the time spent by the housekeeper is as efficient as possible.
Additionally, we recommend picking up any clothing, toys, or other household items that don't need to be cleaned before they arrive. This proactive approach will help save you time and money while still ensuring the same high quality of service that Cleanology always strives to provide our clients.

At Cleanology, we understand the importance of safety and security.
Before a professional housekeeper can register with Cleanology, they go through a detailed interview process followed by an extensive background search. This ensures that only the most experienced and trustworthy housekeepers are acceptable to register with Cleanology to provide services for our customers.
The registration process covers:
· Legal status
· Criminal background records (both locally and nationwide)
· Social security number trace
· Sex registry search
· Housekeeping experience and reliability
Although the referred domestic workers do their best to treat each home with the utmost care, in the event of any damage or breakage while they clean your home, all responsibility falls on the individual housekeeper.
As with any visitors or workers in your home, your homeowner or renter’s insurance policy may provide you with coverage for theft or damage.
If after a cleaning you believe that an item is missing, we think it is important to first discuss the situation with your family. If then you are still convinced that an item is truly gone and there may have been a theft, we strongly encourage our clients to contact their local police department to report this matter. Cleanology takes theft very seriously and in recognition of that, the Cleanology Client Protection Plan will cover up to $2,500 per incident if a conviction follows.
It’s your choice. Because Cleanology prioritizes your convenience and comfort throughout the entire cleaning process, it can be a great opportunity to provide specific instructions to make sure the housekeepers understand your priorities or to allow access to certain areas of the home.
For clients who are unable to be home when the cleaners arrive, you can also provide secure instructions to coordinate release of keys by contacting our office in advance over the phone or via electronic communication so there will be no disruption to your service.
While we want the housekeeping process to be as seamless as possible, if the housekeeper(s) are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a $150 lock-out fee.
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
One time cleanings are subject to a $150 cancellation fee if the cleaning appointment is changed or cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time.
For recurring cleanings, we require a minimum of 24hr notice for any changes to your scheduled cleanings to avoid a $95 cancellation fee.
Lockout or No-Show Policy: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure timely access for the cleaning. If no one is available for entry, or no other access arrangements have been made, and the housekeepers are unable to enter the home, you will be subject to the cancellation fee noted above.
