Service Areas

At Cleanology®, ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount. We have a dedicated follow-up process where we reach out to our clients after each cleaning session to gather their feedback with the goal that their expectations have been met.

To help ensure this it is recommended:

•        The client does a thorough walk-thru of the property while on site with the housekeeper(s) to confirm their satisfaction with the results, or to provide feedback so the housekeepers can immediately address areas or items that may require more attention or that have been overlooked during the cleaning.

•        When clients cannot be present at the completion of the cleaning, and are not satisfied with the final results, the Cleanology office must be contacted within 24 hours of the service to allow us time to alert the housekeeper(s) of your comments and to arrange their return to address those items or areas of concern, at no additional charge. (Clients must provide photos of any items or areas they claim were missed or not cleaned properly). 

•        If the Cleanology office is contacted more than 24 hours after completion of the service, any cleaning issues or concerns will be subject to standard billing charges, on a case-by-case basis.

We understand the importance of using high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment to achieve excellent results. That's why we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and state-of-the-art equipment to every cleaning appointment. However, we also value your preferences. If you have specific cleaning products or equipment you prefer us to use, please inform us in advance, and we will gladly accommodate your request.
