However, removal of large furniture, bulk trash, or extensive possessions often is not included, as this falls under junk removal services. You do not need to be present during a move-in/move-out cleaning. Many clients provide access instructions or arrange to leave a key so the housekeepers can work while you handle other moving tasks.
